Assessment. When you select Continue, the website saves your name, work email, optional organization name, and whether you asked for updates. When your results appear, it saves your answers and scores.

Contact form. When you send a message, the website saves your name, work email, optional organization name, topic, and message.

The website does not ask for resident, patient, or health information. Please do not enter it in any field.

To send occasional AISureCare updates, only if you ticked the box asking for them. Each update explains how to stop receiving them.

SeniorPeer does not sell this information.

Submissions are stored in this website's database, hosted by Hostinger, and a copy is emailed to the SeniorPeer team. Access is limited to the people who manage the website and respond to inquiries.

Free assessment records are deleted automatically after 30 days. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond, then deleted.

You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner by emailing info@seniorpeer.com.

The website sets one cookie to remember your cookie choices. It does not load analytics, advertising, or session-recording tools. If that changes, those tools will load only after you agree in Cookie settings, and this policy will be updated.

The assessment keeps your answers in the page while you work. It does not store them in your browser.

Book a Call links open a Calendly booking page. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly's privacy policy.

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes too.
