About AISureCare

AI is already changing senior living.
Independent oversight keeps leadership in control.

AISureCare is a SeniorPeer service that independently examines where AI is being used, advises on responsible purchasing and governance, and returns to check actual performance against original deployment objectives.

What AISureCare is

Focused on AI governance.
Accountable to the goals AI was bought to achieve.

AISureCare serves rural assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care owners and administrators, primarily at facilities with 15–150 beds. Facilities with 2–14 beds are considered individually; related grant and RHTP engagements may differ in scope.

We establish a facility-level picture of approved, embedded, and informal AI use, including shadow AI. We examine workflows, sensitive-data exposure, vendor responsibilities, human oversight, and opportunities for sensible AI use.

We advise on AI buying decisions without selling or installing software. After goals and starting conditions are documented, recurring visits evaluate governance and compare real performance with what leadership intended. This is the Assessment → Strategy → Governance approach with continuing impact verification.

How AISureCare works

Assess the AI footprint
Document tools, shadow AI, workflow use, vendor access, and existing safeguards before making assumptions.
Advise on sound deployment choices
Define AI purpose, purchasing considerations, human review, owner, starting measures, and success goals.
Govern and measure after rollout
Return to review evolving risks and compare actual AI results with the agreed baseline and goals.

What AISureCare does not claim

Every page and report stays within these limits.

  • No compliance certification or regulatory evaluation
  • No clinical services or clinical review
  • No guaranteed results or savings
  • No claim that a tool caused a result without evidence

See where your facility stands before you talk with anyone.

The approach
