Services

Independent AI governance.
Independent checks against your AI goals.

AISureCare reviews the AI already in your facility, including shadow AI, advises on new technology purchases, and returns to check whether deployed AI meets its original goals. Right-sized support for 15–150-bed facilities; smaller settings reviewed individually.

Which service fits

Choose what must be governed.
Choose what must be measured.

Primary focus: 15–150 beds across ALFs, SNFs, and memory care. We consider 2–14-bed facilities individually. Facility type, AI footprint, and review frequency drive the scope.

Service 1

Safe AI Governance
Discover current AI. Document oversight. Reduce unseen exposure.

What it covers

AISureCare reviews what AI is actually in use, including features bundled into vendor software and informal employee tools. The first facility assessment documents current practices, owners, information-handling concerns, and governance gaps.

We recommend approval boundaries, human review practices, staff guidance, and an accountable path for AI incidents. We can also advise leadership before an AI purchase; AISureCare is not the software seller or installer.

What it can help you do

  • Identify approved, embedded, and informal employee AI use in the facility
  • Document owners, approvals, staff boundaries, and human review of outputs
  • Evaluate how sensitive facility and resident information could enter AI tools
  • Advise on AI vendor claims, purchasing risks, and governance expectations
  • Return quarterly to assess what changed and recommend corrective action

Ongoing option

Governance Checkup: lower-cost quarterly follow-up comparing AI inventory, shadow AI observations, staff boundaries, and vendor changes with the initial governance baseline.

A good fit when

You want confidence that tools are used responsibly, sensitive information is protected, and there is a clear response when something goes wrong.

Service 2

Proven Impact
Compare deployed AI with the results it was meant to deliver.

What it covers

Before or at the start of an AI deployment, define expected outcomes and document a credible starting point. After implementation, AISureCare returns to observe what changed.

Review agreed measures such as staff time, accuracy checks, adoption, cost, or workflow burden. Compare findings with the original AI goals and document whether to continue, adjust, or reconsider the use.

What it can help you do

  • Agree on the outcomes that justify an AI tool before measuring success
  • Document starting conditions, sources, and realistic targets
  • Observe use and repeat the same measures after AI is deployed
  • Report results, changes, exceptions, and next decisions in plain language

What the name means

Proven Impact is the name of the service, not a promise. Measurement can show improvement, no change, or a need to adjust. Reports describe what the measures show and do not claim that a tool or service caused a result without evidence.

Ongoing option

Small-Facility AI Impact: a lower-cost quarterly comparison of deployed AI with its original baseline, targets, workflow effects, and investment rationale.

A good fit when

You are tired of paying for changes that sound promising but have no clear operational benefit.

Service 3

AISureCare Complete
Govern AI use and verify impact in one coordinated engagement.

What it covers

AISureCare Complete combines a facility AI footprint baseline, shadow AI and governance review, purchase advisory, agreed performance goals, and recurring comparisons with real-world results.

The exact scope is confirmed with you before work begins.

What it can help you do

  • Establish one AI inventory, responsibility map, and measurement baseline
  • Review new AI proposals and governance decisions before purchase
  • Track agreed results with recurring independent observations
  • Provide a coordinated report of AI oversight, performance, and follow-up

Ongoing option

Quarterly combined governance and AI impact review comparing current conditions with the documented baseline; the scope and any additional visits are agreed in advance.

A good fit when

You need enough visibility to manage the facility confidently without personally chasing every improvement item.

Service 4

Grant / RHTP Support
Independent AI results checks with documented findings.

What it covers

Grant-funded or Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) projects involving AI may require closer tracking of objectives, implementation, governance, and measurable results. AISureCare can independently compare project AI outcomes with agreed baseline evidence.

A defined engagement can include monthly observation and impact checks, evidence review, and an AISureCare-signed findings report. These are independent advisory findings, not grantor approval, an official attestation, or compliance certification.

What it can help you do

  • Establish project AI goals, a documented baseline, and evidence sources
  • Identify who collects, verifies, and reviews each AI performance measure
  • Compare monthly observations with the objectives and explain variances
  • Deliver an AISureCare-signed independent findings report for leadership use

Ongoing option

RHTP / Grant AI Impact: monthly AI governance and performance reviews tied to stated project objectives, including independent AISureCare sign-off on our own findings.

What it does not do

AISureCare does not determine grant eligibility, guarantee funding, conduct an official grant compliance examination, or issue certifications for a grantor or regulator.

A good fit when

You lead a senior care or health organization with RHTP or other grant-funded AI underway or in planning.

After the independent baseline

Subscriptions keep the baseline useful.
Select the level of recurring oversight needed.

These are follow-up options, not a substitute for identifying the facility's starting AI footprint and goals. Exact scope and travel are agreed before engagement.

1a · Quarterly

Governance Checkup

Revisit AI inventory, shadow AI, approval decisions, staff guidance, data safeguards, and open governance findings.

Best when the main need is continuing control of AI use.

2a · Quarterly

Small-Facility AI Impact

Recheck agreed goals, outcomes, adoption, costs, and workflow effects against the original baseline. Can be paired with Governance Checkup.

Best when leadership wants evidence that AI is delivering its intended value.

2b · Monthly

RHTP / Grant AI Impact

More frequent AI governance and outcome reviews tied to documented project measures, with AISureCare-signed independent findings.

Not an official grant or compliance certification.

Right-sized for rural senior living

Built around complexity.
Not bed count alone.

Facility type, number of AI-enabled tools, workflow exposure, data sensitivity, and visit frequency help determine scope. These are planning groups, not fixed packages or pricing promises.

15–30 beds

Focused oversight

Start with the AI footprint, shadow AI, basic staff boundaries, and one or two meaningful AI outcome measures.

31–75 beds

Coordinated review

Address more users, vendors, and workflows. Clarify ownership across leadership and compare results of selected AI applications.

76–150 beds

Broader AI accountability

Evaluate departmental AI use, multiple tool owners, purchasing decisions, and a coordinated ongoing governance and impact review.

Smaller 2–14-bed settings are considered on a case-by-case basis. A smaller skilled nursing facility may need more oversight than a larger assisted living community when AI and data complexity are greater.

Questions

About the services

Do I need the assessment first?

The free AI screening is an easy first step but is not the paid facility baseline. You may also book a call about your current AI footprint, a purchase decision, or recurring reviews.

Can one service start without the others?

Yes. Governance and impact services can be scoped separately. AISureCare Complete combines them, with a baseline before recurring comparisons.

Is this a compliance or clinical service?

No. AISureCare provides independent governance and outcome findings, including signed reports when contracted. It does not provide official grant or regulatory certification, clinical review, or legal advice.

What happens on a call?

You talk through your assessment results or your question, and agree on whether a service fits. Scope for any service is confirmed with you before work begins.

Next step

Before your next AI purchase, know what is already happening.
Start with a short AI screening.

The free screening identifies questions worth exploring. A call can then define an initial facility baseline, relevant governance or impact service, and the cadence of any continuing reviews.
